greenbrier was great, but will not rent "easy livin" again. It was a decent chalet, needs some upgrades and air freshners, b/c it was super musty! Will def. rent from greenbrier again b/c it was nice and easy and didn't have any problems, but maybe a different cabin or chalet next time!

We go to Gatlinburg every year for our anniversary, and we have never rented from anyone other than Greenbrier Valley. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rates are very fair. We had a problem with the gas fireplace lighting, and a maintenance man was at our door within 15 minutes of making a call to the office.... More

The staff at the office where really nice and helpful~we added on an extra night at Endless View and then stayed 2 more nights at Bedazzled. We stayed at the "Emerald View" cabin. Check-in was a breeze and only minutes from the property. A golf course and community swimming pools are within a stone's throw. We stayed in "Heavenly View", and loved it. The pictures don't do it justice. They have hardwood floors in the cabin, instead of the carpet that the pictures on the website show. My family stayed in the MountainDew cabin!! We had a blast, loved the cabin, of course it was'nt perfect but for our budget it was very nice.A little advice for you though, bring some off spray cause the chickers will eat you up setting out on the deck.We would stay there again!!!!!!
