Room itself was fine and clean. However, no hot water for 24 hours - likely beyond their control -but offered no discount just ability to cancel reservation at time of check in. Hmm the lake view rooms cost extra and have no balconies but neither do any other rooms. Since view rooms all face west you are looking right into the setting sun. Good location with nice view of te mountains and Lake Powell. Good size rooms and clean. Good, free breakfast. Helped book Antelope Canyon tour.

Agree with another reviewer that it's an average hotel with good location, and very reasonable price. The staff is very helpful and nice, they help us book the antelope canyon tour. The included breakfast is light. Internet is free. Overall it's a reasonable hotel for a short stay.
