I don't recommend staying here. Mainly because it is too noisy. Otherwise it is just OK. The food service here is really good. Good atmosphere in a nicely restored historical railroad property. The best option for a full dinner is to eat in the dining room. For drinks and appetizers the bar is good.

While we didn't stay at this location, we did dine here and downed the food to be fantastic. Appetizers on the deck were wonderful. Dinner in the dining room was nicely prepared and the service was top shelf.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Belton's accomodations. Historic hotels are usually on the "rustic" side but Belton manages to maintain its' historic aspects as well as provide modern comforts. This is our favorite hotel in the entire Glacier National Park area.

The room, Tap Room, and Dining Room were all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. A welcome reprieve after a few days of camping in the cold rain in the Park.

Two couples spent the Labor Day Weekend in the 3-bedroomClark Cabin at Belton Chalet, and it couldn't have been more perfect! Comfortable, squeaky clean, coffee maker/refrigerator/mico made having a little breakfast easy. The restaurant was amazing -- Chef Missy is creative and the food delicious! Can't wait to got back.

We had a very pleasant two night stay. The room was smallish, but very clean and comfortable. Having a balcony gave us some extra room in terms of seating. The room was small and hot, with no temperature control. Shower and bathroom were very small as well. Sink--outside the bathroom--had separate hot and cold taps, and faucets were in need of repair.

The chalet was built in the early 1900's so it can be quite noisy. Be prepared to hear your neighbors doing everything .
