Nice place located in Glacier National Park with great scenic views. The cabins are nice, comfortable, and warm. For those expecting more ammenities too bad since this is out in a remote place in Montana. Our room had no TV or anything else like that - get out and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The prices are reasonable considering the... More

We deliberately booked Cabin 6. Ammenities were minimal but if you don't want to be reachable or wasting beautiful scenery by watching TV, it's a place to love. The clean cabin borders both the lake and the broad creek. Staff was attentive and even playful. Stunning views from the "porch" with dining easily reached on foot. Price on the same... More

Got stuck in NY last August due to hurricane which shut down all northeast airports. They would not refund my deposit. Would not even hold it over for the same time next year. I mean it was all over the news. I was stuck. Terrible. Stay at the Apgar Village Inn next door instead. Much better views and MUCH better... More

Our fatigue factors were in the red zone, due to a lack of sleep on the train from Seattle, so we decided to make camp here. We got a motel type room out the back. The double bed was butted up against a wall, which is stupid, because if you have to use the toilet in the night, you will... More

Very nice location with fantastic sunrise and sunsets over the lake from your balcony! Rooms are not cheap and VERY small. No amenties like in most NP lodges! Why is that? Except for the location, one can better stay just outside the park. Value for money 06/10

Our trip to Glacier, Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Parks started here at the very modest Apgar Village Lodge. Yet, in the end, our stay there was by far the greatest value and our favorite place. It was clean, had a full kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable bed, all "along the southern end of Lake McDonald and the shores... More

We rented a cabin which was very cosy. The kitchen was very convenient, because it allowed us to make dinner after long day hikes. No need to change your clothes and head for a restaurant. Off course the location inside Glacier NP is perfect!

We stayed at the Apgar Village Lodge our first two nights on our trip to Glacier Natl. Park. We stayed in one of the rooms facing McConald Creek. The view out the window of the creek was fantastik. The room was clean, but very small and very basic. The bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet when... More

We stayed at Apgar Village Lodge on the West side of the Park the first 2 nights we got to Glacier Park - simple, rustic and small but clean and comfortable. The motel room is divided into two small rooms : one with a double bed and the other with a queen. They both share a bathroom with a shower.... More

I stayed here 3 nights with my family in Cabin 3. It had a second room that our 2 year old son stayed in. It was clean, had a great little kitchen to make breakfast in and store snacks. No TV, no phone, PERFECT way to tune out! The only negative although small was the shower is extremely small. I'm... More
