I stayed here on business, so it suited my needs. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was right where I needed to be , and it was in a very nice neighborhood. The front desk agent, Barbra, was very nice and efficient. My biggest complaint is that the continental breakfast ends at 9:30. Since... More

With a 16 night stay, you do get the feel for a place. Check in is at 3-00pm and as I arrived early, they had no problem taking my bags for a couple of hours first. I have stayed in a few Best Westerns with varying degrees of satisfaction, rarely exceeding expectations. This one is typical, the room itself is... More

Great location for my purpose (a funeral). Room adequate. Hotel charges for use of the in room safe. Clean enough and quiet.

We stayed at the Best Western Gregory to visit a friend in Bay Ridge to celebrate her birthday. Our #1 reason for choosing this venue was for pure convenience in location to her home. So for that reason, this hotel "served its purpose". It is a good hotel, with the basics. The hotel's lobby is a little misleading in comparison... More

I booked this hotel online for two nights as it was close to an event we were attending. We had decided to stretch out the event and spend a long weekend in the Big Apple. I have stayed in many urban hotels before and was very pleased with my experience at this hotel. We arrived and were given a room... More

I've never looked for accommodations in Brooklyn before. When we stay in the NYC area, we've always stayed in Manhattan. This time, however, we had an event in Brooklyn (dance competition) and so we wanted to stay somewhere not too far away from that event. We also hoped to economize and save a bit of money. I selected this hotel... More

Extremely noisy. Paper thin walls. Footsteps above. Crying baby next door. Ice machine dropping cubes. Subway rumbling below. Sleep impossible. Smelly and borderline dirty. Paper thin blankets. Impossibly tiny room. No fitness facilities at all, so they recommended a nearby club that was entirely boarded up and had obviously been shut down for some time. Valet parking useless: no in-and-out... More

Hotel is clean and not that noisy. Problems - it's expensive plus no free parking (they charge $25 per night for a valet parking). One night somebody from the front desk called us in the night (2 am in the morning) and left a rude message that don't smoke or there will be $100 fine. In reality we do not... More

Stayed here end of September - the hotel is basic but clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Although the breakfast room is small we had no problem getting seated and the food provided was more then adequate. The main plus for the hotel is the area itself - there are plenty of shops, bars and eating places and... More
