My husband and I checked into this hotel using our 30,000 points, it was 1 pm. We went to our room and immediately returned to the check in desk to ask for a room with a view, because without a view this hotel could have been anywhere. The friendly receptionist promised me a view room at 4 pm. So we... More

Rooms are spacious (an oxymoron for NYC) and clean. Building felt a bit old, but didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Location is good in that the subway is across the street with very easy access to Manhattan. You can walk to Brooklyn's Dumbo district for easy access to the Brooklyn Bridge if you want to access it for a walk,... More

When I arrived, the hotel was hosting a teenage beauty pageant in their ballroom, and the place was full of super-coiffed teenage girls and their mothers in floor length gowns. A bit weird, but . Reception was very busy, and the people in front of me were clearly not happy about the fact they hadn't received the room they felt... More

We arrived on a Friday and spent 3 days enjoying family events in Brooklyn. The neighborhood was great for walk and shopping eating. The hotel was conveniently located, plus it had all the needed necessities....restaurant, bar, pool and fitness area!

I have been staying at this hotel once a month. The service is wonderful. Big Cudos to Hakim and Jeffrey at the front desk!!! Excellent customer service. The concierge lounge is wonderful with an amazing view of the Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower. The hosts in the concierge lounge are so welcoming and friendly....feels like coming home! Highly recommended!

My parents stayed here last week while in town, and they (and I) were very impressed! The staff was great, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch are a little too expensive, but good nonetheless.

I will absolutely return to the Brooklyn Bridge Marriot! The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction and comfort. I did not dine at the hotel restaurant, so while I can't speak to that I can tell you that my room was immaculate and comfortably sized, the gym was spacious and featured... More

As a seasoned meeting planner, I have been in many, many hotels. I can say that this property is now one of my absolute favorites! The meeting space is great, the food is scrumptious but the staff are the best. They took the time to know me and my meeting to the point that they always seemed one step ahead... More

I stay in a lot of fancy shmancy hotels but when I visit Brooklyn this is where I stay. Rooms vary in size and the front desk staff very well trained to the point of amusement. The swimming pool is nice and the location just by the bridge is good for getting into manhattan. One issue is it is difficult... More

Our brief stay at this hotel was wonderful. We were particularly impressed by our front desk attendant, Yahira. She was warm and informative. Not only did she assure us a lovely room, but she followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. The room was clean, beautifully appointed with a splendid view of Manhattan. We found all of the...
