We arrived on a Friday and spent 3 days enjoying family events in Brooklyn. The neighborhood was great for walk and shopping eating. The hotel was conveniently located, plus it had all the needed necessities....restaurant, bar, pool and fitness area!

I have been staying at this hotel once a month. The service is wonderful. Big Cudos to Hakim and Jeffrey at the front desk!!! Excellent customer service. The concierge lounge is wonderful with an amazing view of the Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower. The hosts in the concierge lounge are so welcoming and friendly....feels like coming home! Highly recommended!

My parents stayed here last week while in town, and they (and I) were very impressed! The staff was great, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch are a little too expensive, but good nonetheless.
