Excellent for my needs. Nice bathroon down the hall. Movies to watch. Close to Cortelyou and restaurants and the subway. Good continental breakfast with bakery sweets. Newspaper shared.

Rugby Gardens was just as delightful on this trip as it was during my first visit. My room was large and airy, with a great flat-screen TV, the bathroom was immaculate, breakfast was delicious, with plentiful coffee and whole-grain bread. The hosts, Sue and Michael, were extremely helpful regarding all my questions. I recommend Rugby Gardens very highly.

We spent Christmas week of 2011 at the Rugby Gardens B and B. Location is great for us since we have family living in the immediate vicinity. Innkeeper is very helpful with information re: transportation, restaurants, and entertainment. Third floor accomodations were quiet and comfortable for us. We recommend the lodging at Rugby Gardens to those visiting the area.

The location is great--very close to the subway and a bunch of good places to eat. The house itself is a great older place, maintained like new. Sue and Michael were great hosts, and we had a good time; easy coming and going, comfortable beds...the whole package. We recommend it strongly.

Rugby Gardens is close to my son's apartment in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The location is great--close to Cortelyou Rd, close to the subway, in a lovely neighborhood. Sue makes her guests feel at home and serves a magnificent breakfast. I'll be back!
