After years of staying in cramped, high-end Manhattan hotels, Sterling B&B was heavenly. This large, stately brownstone offers beautifully redone bathrooms and large bedrooms with first rate linens. The breakfast was complete with good coffee, homemade scones, fruit and cereal. Owners Masha and David are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

Spent 2 nights before new years in the Arches room. Spacious, nice bathroom, comfortable bed warm and clean. Very cozy place great breakfast good location. If you find availability BOOK! I highly recommend.
