Nice clean hotel food was ok nothing out of the ordinary

Beware asthmatics. There are terribly strong chemical air fresheners used in the downstairs public restrooms, and the hallway corridors nearby are overwhelmed with air freshener chemicals from these restrooms.

I stayed here for a two day conference, checking in on Sunday and out on Wednesday. The lobby is very nice but deceiving. Front desk staff was rude at check-in, however different front desk staff were nicer later. Gift shop attendant is also the barista and acts like you are bothering her. We stayed for two days and found the hotel to be clean with a pleasant staff. The bed was comfortable, the pillows huge and things were quiet. The worst thing was the dated bathroom fixtures - big deal! Everything was clean as well. Overall the hotel is good but little things could be improved. First the stuff are friendly but have very little information for tourists. I stayed almost a week, Sunday through Friday, and had a great experience. The room was nice and had refrigerator and microwave - handy for snacks. Here for an education conference, and had quite a nice time. Rooms were large suites and the staff were quite friendly and helpful when asking about restaurants, Northern lights, and the like.
