We stayed in the Holiday Inn Brookline this weekend while visiting friends in the area. The hotel was overall not very nice and quite expensive for what it is. .We were quite disappointed. The "suite" we had was really a bit larger than the rooms. Parking is expensive, breakfast not included. However, what really dismayed us was the fact that... More

We spent 2 nights in this massive hotel during hectic graduation time. The room was comfortable, and the staff superb! The front desk staff was particularly helpful.

Our family doesn't travel often, but when we do I try to do a lot of research before booking a hotel. My spouse and our two young kids under 5 had a very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Brookline. I wouldn't consider it a great value but the rates are similar to those in the area and parking was... More

Thank you for your kind words, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with your family in Brookline. The executive rooms are well worth the upgrade as some of them have an exterior facing window, with fabulous views of the city. I appreciate the comments regarding the lighting in the guest corridors, which we will look into the possibility of... More

I stayed here on business a couple of days ago but have stayed here before playing tourist. An associate and I checked in to find a very nice and accommodating staff after our meeting. After parking in the underground garage (an extra $20+ fee by the way), I went up to my Junior suite. If there is an elevator in... More

We stayed here because it was close to Boston Universtiy. I thought the hotel was nice and in a great neighborhood. It's right near the MBTA. However, it was very expensive for the price.

Thank you for staying with us, our prices vary according to events that are happening in the city and we are very competitive with other hotels. During our off peak months we have excellent values, and have recently created a Boston Colleges Tour Package for those who are looking at colleges in the area that is a great option. We... More

This is exactly what one would expect from a Holiday Inn - very nice quality, but not elegant or fancy. Note that this is essentially two hotels in one. Part of the hotel is a two-story hotel adjacent to the pool and oversized chess set (quite a novelty and fun for the kids). The windows face the interior. The other... More

This is a perfectly serviceable place to stay when visiting Boston. We (two adults, a tween and a teen) stayed three nights in two rooms while doing the "college tour". The rooms are comfortable, with plush beds and choice of soft or firm pillows, and quiet -- an important point for me. Reasonably clean, though a black hair (not ours...)... More

We value your candid feedback, which will allow us to improve the product for future guests. The hotel does have some unique features, and your suggestion to select one of our premium exterior rooms is an excellent suggestion for those who desire the natural sunlight. I will share your housekeeping comments with our staff to insure that we continue to... More

We stayed at hotel because my son's sports team was there .. i had pretty much written off Holiday Inn as a place to stay, the chain seem to be rapidly deterorating.. and you just couldn't depend on getting a good one. Well, I might start looking at them again this hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable, the... More

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay while seeing your son's team play. We are very close to many colleges and host numerous sports teams who visit the area schools, including their families. The MBTA, public transportation, which is located adjacent from the hotel is an excellent choice, for both convenience and value for getting into the city without... More

We stayed here for two nights. The first room we were given, on the first floor, had a smoke smell in it (even though its a non smoking hotel). So was the second and the third. Finally we got a room that is still on the first floor but accessed through the right side of the building closer to Beacon... More

I stayed here for two nights last week visiting family in a Boston area University. It is a good hotel, but looked dated. Kind of a hotel from the eighties or nineties. Service was good and breakfast was all you can eat buffet. The only problem was a small bathroom, just with a shower, in my room.
