The hotel manager was so rude. Right from check in he was a big problem. His attitude was bad and he was not friendly or welcoming. “Find Someplace Else!”

My room was really in need of repairs. Some of the lights didn't work, and the carpet was badly worn. The mattress had a bit of a sag & was not that comfortble at all. This place was clean & all that, but it needs re-furbishing badly. Iwas very reasonably priced, so you ar getting what you pay for.

Got in, and the check in was smooth (had a reservation). Felt like it was built as a southwest style (central courtyard with a pool). I stayed on the first floor, so I can't speak to other reviews about the stair quality. I also noted that others complained about having to have pets in a smoking room...well, pets are hard... More

Let me being with the positive: The manager (?) who checked us in was very friendly and courteous, even watched our bags for us while we carried others up. Only average hotel in the area and I assumed it was of Quality Inn chain standards but it was old had a few strange odours and the washroom tub shower was old, had a calcium build up and rust all over the drain. love this charming hotel. always clean with luxurious bedding. pool may be small but pristine and love the floral arrangements tableside. Staff so friendly and warm. just a wonderful overall experience!
