As other reviewers have noted, this is not an "Inn", it is a nice, retro motel. Having grown up in Rome, we knew that, and it really is a very nice place to stay unless you will be disappointed by that fact. The rooms are fine if you just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep. They are rather small,... More

The Beeches is a comfortable motel in a beautiful setting. It is not an inn. The queen sized rooms are very small and you have to squeeze by the TV to get to the bathroom. Rooms are pleasant but in need of updating. The breakfast room is a great deal - especially for anyone over 60. Where else could you... More

Stayed here for a wedding, just one night. I feel badly for those who need to stay longer. I can only echo much of what has already been said. The rooms are tiny, we had a queen and I got the impression from other reviews that the rooms are basically the same size. It is difficult to control the temp... More

So...stayed here from thurs to sunday for wedding purposes. This is definitely a motel. Nothing fancy, a little musty smelling but based on the area it looks like the best game in town! They have some "carriage houses" up by the main lodge where the wedding was held; wish i could've stayed there. Bottom line...it's not expensive to stay, but... More

Not a good experience. Booked a room at the Beeches based upon the star rating (3, the highest in Rome) and the picture of the facility (looked sort of like a castle). Arrived to find a old, poorly maintained 50's-style motel (the kind you drive up to the door, with two plastic chairs on the porch). The picture posted was... More

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but small and dated. On the second day of our stay, the room was not cleaned until 7:00pm, as they were short-staffed. They have a turn down service, which includes 3 chocolates, one apple and one bottle of water. They also "fluff" your polyester pillow. Overall, it's a decent place but... More

I had a good stay at the Beeches with some friends but the $120 per night charge is a bit high for the accomodations. The conference building is beautiful and the cottages look the same from the outside. I stayed in the motel portion and during the day, although the air conditioning was on full tilt, the room was quite... More

The Inn At The Beeches (also known as the Revere Motel) is a convenient, clean, accommodating, and friendly place. My room was large, had a much-appreciated refrigerator, king-sized, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, front-and-back entryways, and turn-down service that included an apple, bottled water and a piece of chocolate candy. Several large, white rocking chairs are situated outdoors near the... More

Stayed there for 4 nights this past week. Great location and convienent to the areas attractions. We were there for a High School graduation. Room was clean but a little on the small side. The A/C was a wall mount unit that worked at about a level of 3 1/2 on a scale of 5. Outside temps were in the... More

As a native Roman, I thought I'd give the hometown Beeches a try. It was pricey, but boasted a turn-down service that made it sound like maybe it would be a step-above. The room was small but good enough. The turn-down service consisted of one bottle of water, one apple, and 3 Andes mints for our family of three. Tip... More
