Easily accessible of I-16, well located, clean and well maintained. Short walk to the river front. Hop-on/off bus stop on side street next to the hotel. Stayed there 3 nights June 2013 for a convention - do take a sweater as they keep the meeting and public areas cold. Would return.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton DeSoto in Savannah very much! The location was great, we were able to walk to the river front and lots of other interesting places! We would stay at this Hilton on our next stay in Savannah.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and absolutely love it. The staff is excellent, location is key and the pool is just so relaxing. I will continue to stay here when my travels bring me to Savannah.

Great location. Older feeling, updated hotel- what you might expect in Savannah. Was pleasantly surprised by the 2nd floor pool and deck with food service/bar. The food was even decent! Would recommend this hotel to those wishing to explore Savannah; was perfectly located in a quieter area in the historic district with easy access to and from freeway; overall the room was comfortable, although lacked a refrigerator and place to sit other than bed or desk chair. Appreciated the counter space in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a wonderful experience! I have stayed at other limited service hotels in Savannah when the Hilton was sold out but no other hotel staff can compare, they go above & beyond to ensure a great stay...I will definitely be back!!!
