Like everyone else had said there is a lack of parking. The valet does cost $15/day. Hotel was clean, front desk was very helpful. Room was nice, just a little small. Overall it was great stay, hotel is walking distance to riverfront and city market.

A perfect location! Starting with Stephon, parking valet who greeted us, the entire staff was efficient, courteous and friendly. I was part of a large group with needs for additional services and Tom Hurst (sp?), who managed the food services, we were treated royally. Historic District and many other sights (and sites) were within walking distance. I recommend highly.

Just as suggested by my title, this was a very nice place to stay. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We are presently staying at this hotel using Starwood Points as a Preferred Customer. The Front Desk, valet and everyoneelse has provided wonderful hospitality.
