I stayed here about a year ago and the service was great. So I tried it again this month and the service was even better! The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Try to get a room with a view of the harbor.

Fantastic Views overlooking the Inner Harbor! Lunch and breakfast at the "Bistro"...food was very good, service a bit slow but attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff. Will return again.

This place wasn't comfortable at all! Especially hearing someones whole conversation next door!! And the front desk rep not being understanding! If you are looking for a comfortable stay..seek elsewhere!!

Location Location. inner harbour and stadiums right there. Great view fo harbour.

Typical large conference hotel but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly check in service and service otherwise throughout my stay. Clean, basic rooms that looks somewhat updated. Hotel catering provided meals during the conference and it was very well done. Beyond the usual chicken breast and rice meals!

This is the classic business hotel no more and no less. Overall the service is prompt. It has all the important amenities which are power outlets everywhere.
