Overlooking the Marina with rows of sailboats! Balconies right over edge of water. Location was convenient to most everything. This is an older property, but seemed well kept overall. Our room was clean. Carpet seemed fairly new as did the paint. Breakfast was included. The price was right and they were busy!

Older Hotel with drab exterior. Room rate very fair. Great new Mattress, clean room and HDTV. Good Bkfst. included. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Easy access to Bridge to "Nowhere" as well as Coastal roads.

Location is excellent, right on the harbor and by the bridge. Balconies sit out over the water for a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
