It is a bit of a walk to downtown but nice along the river walk. Don't plan on sleeping with your window open, the sea lions on the dock were very loud all day & night! The front desk staff were great. A little pricey for a small town. Love the town of Astoria.

Thought it was a good deal, Right on trolley line and so close to Pier of Sea Lions you could hear them from room. Nice view from nice oversized rooms with microwaves and refrigerator at very reasonable rates. One of few motels that promised and delivered adjoining rooms. Very pleased!

The Comfort Inn was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the free cookie and spacious room. The breakfast was nice however I was hoping for a little more variety given the price of the room. I also hoped for a view of the river instead of the parking lot. Overall it was a nice experience and I... More

I have stayed here while on business twice now, most recently last month, and there are places in Astoria I much prefer to stay if they are not full. The rooms are pretty outdated and some look out on an old warehouse parking area and chain link fence. The front desk staff seemed to be incredibly perplexed by my reservation... More

We had the best time at this very modern and remodeled Motel. It was a delight from the start the river view was always interesting. With ships arriving and departing this busy port City on the mouth of the columbia river. The motel is located just east of the two mile long bridge connecting Oregon to Washington and is right... Zero sleep thanks to barking sea lions. Rooms were dark, outdated and breakfast was blah. Price was best in town. Good location to walk over to Coffee Girl and Rogue Valley Brewery. Loved the town.

We were only there one night, but really enjoyed it. The room was nice and clean. We did not use the pool, but it was large and indoors. The breakfast the next morning was nice. But what we liked most was the Sea Lions that were on the docks just a short walk from the hotel. We are from the... More

Our room was clean, but the front staff person that checked us in was not very helpful. The rest of the staff while we were there was friendly. Yes the sea lions can be an issue but fortunately for us when we stayed there weren't very many so the noise wasn't that bad. Housekeeping left the window wide open when... More

I stayed at comfort suites in Astoria one night mid October and woke in the middle of the night with itchy legs noticing a couple of bites.... Hoping for the best I went back to sleep. The next day I discovered about twenty bites! I called five times that week to speak with a manager. The gals at the front... More
