This hotel is very old and not representative of a nice four-star hotel. I would highly recommend the Omni Hotel across the street. The rooms are extremely dated and the fitness center is poorly equipped. Front desk staff is so so and not overly helpful.

Staff was excellent- from check in/check out as well as restaurant. Room was a good size. Clean. The riverwalk right off the back was wonderful, and it's walking distance to the fountains park and Landing

We were staying at the hotel for two nights. Since we attended a festival at Metropolitan Park the location was perfect for us and the main reason we choose this hotel. So no complaints here.
The hotel itself seems to be a little older and therefore could need some updating/renovation.

This hotel was right beside a very busy highway plus traffic had to stop frequently for boats to pass under the bridge. It wasn't convenient to any shopping or restaurants.

What a nice experience! Staff is very friendly. Rooms are a little small, but I would stay here again. Nice sleep with the mattresses! Stayed at the Crown Plaza (Sabal Park) and almost decided never to stay at another Crowne Plaza. Thank goodness I gave them another chance.
