I found this hotel to be spotlessly clean and well run. The staff was friendly and very helpful with assisting guests who were traveling from overseas: helping them locate a scale to weigh suitcases, looking up airline weight restrictions, etc. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly and the food was well-prepared and maintained throughout the breakfast hours.

Best Hampton Inn. All should be modeled after this one. Highly recommend. I average 100 nights a year and this is up to par with some larger more upscale hotels.

I stayed here on business last weekend. The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants close by, grocery store, drug store probably anything that you would need. I honestly did not have to drive until I went to the office. The room was very nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was very sufficient. Look forward to staying here again!

We stayed on Friday night for a weekend getaway to JAX. The staff was very efficient and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite seeming to be full we never heard a sound comi g from outside the room. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel on Southside Blvd.

Hampton Inn remains my top choice when on the road. This hotel is very convenient to I-95 and I-295. Staff was very friendly and accommodating despite late time of night. Rooms were clean and up to date. Area seemed safe and there were restaurants close by. Will stay again.

Big comfortable room and bed, Great Breakfast. We were on the opposite side from the Jacksonville Ale House so didn't hear any noise even though it was New Years Eve. The front desk called aftr were checked in to make sure everything was OK. We will stay at this hotel again.
