“Great HGI”

This was a very nice hotel and the staff was GREAT. If I had one complaint it would be the location. But it is a short drive to eat and shopping. This is my second time at this hotel and I will return.

“funk fest”

a little bit off the beaten path be sure to rent a car to get around rooms are large breakfast was average but after a night with jill scott wasn't to worried. will be back again ...pool and hot tub an added bonus

Excellent accommodations. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have never been disappointed. While the location may seem to mundane it is within many attractions and business addresses. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jacksonville.

“Great Experience”

The hotel was clean, ammenities were excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. Would definately stay again. If you are in the area and looking for a nice clean, safe place to stay, I strongly recommend this hotel.

“An awesome experience”

As a Homewood Suites Hilton employee I found it very fascinating to be in a combination property of this nature. The location, the landscaping and tremendous amenities was mindblowing. The room was extremely nice and quiet. You must go there and witness what i saw. Oh and a pond out front..wow!

“Average & getting better”

The cost was high. All aspects of service were average. The decor was very nice. The service was decent. The breakfast was average. I have stayed at other chains, and gotten better service, and comparable ammenities.
