Ms. Oviedo Davis was the best. she was very accommodating and went out of her way to assist me. Employee's like her make you want to come back. She deserve 5 stars. My next stay in Jacksonville will be at the Hyatt.

The hotel is practically brand new. The rooms are very clean. Carpets are awesome. You can run around barefoot without getting your socks black. The wireless is fast and reliable. The room was large and clean. My husband particularly liked the large TV! There are not many eateries near this location but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they can shuttle you to a nearby restaraunt if you needed to go.
