Excellent customer service. My travel agent had made a mess of our booking and hotel had no record of our visit. Hotel staff put us up in room with minimum fuss within 5 mins and sorted it all out with our travel agent. Waiting staff all very efficient and friendly. Thoroughly reccomend this hotel
We stayed here 3 nights while visiting friends in town and attending the shrimp festival. Great location near restaurants and movies. 9 miles to beach too. We will be back soon.

It's about 14 miles from downtown, I would not stay there for business downtown, but for something you need in the area it is very nice and clean. I am a hilton diamond member and was please with everything.

On a recent night out we stayed at this location and have to say that the above and beyond attitude of the entire staff was exceptional. We picked this location because it was near restaurants, movies and shopping. Exceptional stay and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our first UNF visit... and it has always been our best stay for the last four and a half years! We had everyone stay here for graduation... with a party by the pool before heading to the beaches! Easy walk to great places to eat, and and easy drive to even more. The staff was nice...
