It is a wonderful hotel. Clean, professional, at a good location. Flat screen TV, fridge and microwave in the room, wireless internet. Everything that a good hotel provides and more. Wonderful and pleasant staff. Although they can improve the "continental breakfast" they provided better service than some 3/4 star hotels that I have stayed it. Highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the new and improved Jacksonville Plaza. I had stayed once before the renovation was done and was pleased then. Very pleasant experience. Arrived late on a Sat eve. Called free Shuttle from JAX airport, and it arrived within less than 20 mins. Ride to hotel took 10 mins.
