We wanted to visit the Van Gogh exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and also the historic area. The HI Express offered a great location and good value pricing. We booked this for my daughter's bachelorette outing. Price was good, location excellent - we could see William Penn from our window, rooms are a nice size and were very clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast bar in the am was good enough for coffee and a lite bite. I would definitely stay there again :)
