Good location if you are attending a convention. Rooms were clean and well maintained. There was some noise from the street early in the morning that woke me up on the 4th floor. The breakfast area is big and the food was good. Parking was a pain. We had no idea where to go. Ended up just using the valet... More

Our team stayed here for a tournament. It was near good restaurants and cool old buildings. Unfortunately our toliet didn't work even after we had someone fix it twice. We ended up having to use the lobby bathroom a lot which was inconvienient. There was a wird second floor trucking business right outside our window which meant it was really... More

This is a basic Hampton Inn that works fine if you need a place to stay and don't need the amenities or luxuries of a higher end hotel. I switched partway during my Philly stay from the Sofitel to here so I could roll our of bed to the convention center. Definitely a huge change in quality (e.g. Concierge at... More

Location is good for downtown and excellent for the convention centre. As the title reads, it was an average stay, nothing memorable, which can be a good thing. Fair price for an average stay, breakfast included, not great, not terrible.

Convenient to the rail station - just a few blocks. Able to take train from airport and walk to hotel. Breakfast was good but very crowded on the weekend. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was very helpful.

Excellent location - right by the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. Rooms are a decent size, beds comfortable, staff very nice. Biggest negative was poor air conditioning in the rooms, and no fridge or microwave in the rooms.

Our recent quick stop in Philadelphia was made all the better by our stay at the Hampton Inn Convention Center. I stayed at this property for one night and the room was beautiful! Front desk, concierge and breakfast team all were very friendly and "on there game when it came to accommodating there guests." I travel a lot and was very impressed with this property. I will be back and I sincerely recommend this Hampton Inn to other travelers.

Needed a place to stay near family living in south Philly. Good central location but the friendly, hospitable service far exceeded expectations. The staff could not have been more pleasant.
