The Westin was a great place to stay. I was in town for a conference and it was convenient to all the meetings I was attending. The breakfast buffet was very good and not as overly priced as those hotel breakfasts can be. The rooms were very nice and the staff was helpful.

The place is kind of overrated on Tripadvisor. Everywhere the people were unfriendly.Breakfast was very simply. Had to pay for lousy Wifi. Floors were not clean Sink did not work. Overpriced.

Though not a guest of the hotel this stay, I did have the opportunity to take lunch at Winthrope & Valentine. It is a good spot for a business lunch. The venue is quiet and conducive to conversation. The food is good and the waitstaff attentive, but not obtrusive.

Dinner for six was a great dining experience. Service and attentiveness by Michelle was excellent. Food was prepared as ordered, tasted great, and presentation was wonderful. All are looking forward to a return visit.

NY family of four comfortably enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities. And it's touches that make Westin a home run. Conceirge Gerry and the hotel staff hit it out of the park. Expansive suite comfortable bed and double shower heads interesting feature.
