My husband, our 1 year old, and I stayed at the Windsor Suites in May '12 for a family vacation to see some friends in the area. The location, right off of City Hall, was perfectly situated - centrally located to Reading Terminal Market, Rittenhouse Square, and Logan Square. The room itself was huge. The separate living room and dining... More

I was travelling to Philadelphia for professional reasons and my usual hotels were fully booked. I could find still a room available in the windsor suites for one night. I was actually happy that it was only for one night. The quality of the bed was fine. The bathrool was fine and acceptable, the room was big but the pverall... More

The hotel is a short walk from the subway and regional rail lines. very easy to get to from the airport or the Amtrak station. It's within walking distance to several Museums and the Reading Market. It's a suite, so it included two large walk-in closets and a small kitchen. We didn't use either. The beds was extremely comfortable. The... More

The hotel is quite central to everything worth seeing in Philly. Halfway between the Museum of Art and the Liberty Bell. The room was nice and it also provided kitchen utilities, which might come handy when you think that the Reading Terminal Market is right across the corner. The service was impeccable. They were really fast in changing the broken... More

I booked this as a last minute deal whilst spending time in Philadelphia. The rooms are large with 2 double beds. There is a walk in wardrobe to put you luggage which is great as it maximises space in the room, a bathroom which is big enough with a bath. The kitchen facilities are good, as you have a cooker,... When I first read reviews about this hotel I was a bit apprehensive about booking, however, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed here in February of 2012 for a convention and I really liked it. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: -The room; very clean and spacious, had 3 closets 1 of which was big... More

I had a room with a beautiful view of the city. My room was spacious, clean and came with a kitchenette. The front desk staff was helpful. The wifi was free and worked wonderfully. It wasnt until my last day that the amenities section was on the first floor. There was a laundry mat on my floor. I wish I'd... More

This is a very nice place to stay and an excellent value in the Logan Circle area of Philly, close to the museums, City Hall, etc. All suites include full kitchen facilities. The only downside is that the fold out sofas are not very comfortable for sleeping. The beds are fine, so for 2 people this is a great choice.

Great location that was easy to get to and easy from which to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. This hotel had all the amenities of a large chain with the personal service of a family-run place. Whenever anyone needed anything (I observed others in addition to our own requests) there was no checking with a manager or... More
