We are writing about our recent stay with the Sheraton Downtown. We had great service at the check-in, being helped by Richard Utsey. Richard was fantastic, and answered all of our questions and helped solve problems. The Sheraton is clean, professional, and perfect for any occasion! This hotel was a nice play to stay in a good area. Staff friendly and helpful. There was no wifi in room but available computers in the lobby for printing etc. Can walk to most things. Room was great and tidy. Fairly good value for the price.

This Sheraton used to be the Wyndham. There was nothing impressive or overly offensive about our stay, but everything was just short of satisfactory.
