The 8 of us (2 middle-aged couples, a younger couple with a 2 year old daughter, and a 23 year old) stayed in unit 789 for a three day weekend. We rented directly through Snowcreek Properties, as we have many times in the past. Customer service is excellent--problems are addressed immediately, even after hours, needed supplies are delivered promptly, very... More

we rented two units through snowcreek directly. we had unit 714 and 715 in phase 5. we have stayed in snowcreek many times over the years and these two units were very nice and spacious. unit 714 has a lot( a bit too much) native american decor but the living room furniture is very comfortable. we had thanksgiving dinner for... Stayed in Unit 54 in early September 2011. Was rated a 4 Star by Mammoth Reservation Bureau, the management company. Upon entering the unit, it smelled stale and musty. Found two dead spiders near the pillows in the bed linen indicating that the unit had probably not been used in awhile. About 4-5 light bulbs were not working. The lower... More

Wonderful place that we have visited multiple times. The rooms are beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. I have only booked through Snowcreek Resort and have never had an issue.

We rented Listing #218317 through VRBO (Snowcreek IV unit #600) with another family and had a terrible experience with the rental management company (Resort Property Reservations) that handles rentals for this condo along with other rental properties in Mammoth Lakes. The day we left, we looked through the written check out procedure to make sure that we had done everything... More

We have been to SnowCreek resort twice over last two years. The experience has not been very good. 1> Beds are just uncomfortable, probably cheap brand. For trip in 12/2009, we thought we were bad luck in choosing the unit (forgot the #). This time (2/11), we chose #433 and again had a very uncomfortable bed; 2> Condo's appear nice... More

For the first time we decided to try a condo instead of staying at a hotel. We seemed to have hit the jack pot with Snowcreek. We went in the winter and stayed in Phase 4. The unit was GREAT! It had a fully stocked kitchen and a dish washer, so it was very easy to cook our meals. (There... More

We booked our stay through Snowcreek Resort Property management (www.snowcreekresort.com) and couldn't have been more pleased. The unit was spotless, well-equipped with free WiFi, HBO, high end cookware, nice dishes, comfortably decorated, etc. They were instantly responsive to our request for more towels and toiletries. The rates include free use of the Snowcreek Athletic Club, which was great for my... More

Isn't it illegal not to have working smoke alarms??? Or screens on second story windows?? What a sad nightmare. We booked condo #749 in Snowcreek phase five through Mammoth Front Desk for our family reunion. When we walked in we found a very dirty condo in a state of disrepair. The blinds were torn off the wall above the sliding... More

This is one of the nicest places you can stay in Mammoth. There is a sports club with an indoor pool, racketball courts and weight room. The units are usually clean, however the towels and sheets are like a cheap motel. Which has been my complaint for the past several years. The resort is out of the way, which is... More
