We booked a three night stay here in March for our ski vacation and were very happy we did. The rooms plenty big, beds comfortable and the continental hot breakfast was really good and plentiful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the property. Our room was on the 3rd flood and was super quiet. I never heard the... More

We arrived at this hotel to be greeted by the most friendly and knowledgable staff! She was able to check us in quickly and provide us with extensive information about where to eat with our two children aged 8 and 10. The room was lovely and the children were excited to be able to see snow from the window. The... More

Our room on the first level was actually below ground level; there was dirty snow/ice piled up to the window. The room was very dark, 2 lamps provided very poor lighting. The beds were uncomfortable, my 14 year old who is used to sleeping in sleeping bags on the floor when he sleeps at friends' houses, complained that it was... More

I booked a room with two queen beds and a Jacuzzi. When I saw that the jacuzzy was a bathtub and the room was so small, I asked to change in a room with kitchenette. The employee called his boss to ask if it was possible but the boss on the phone refused. I find this anti commecial. Especially when... More

Dear Herenuis Thank you for the feedback of your experience as it gives me the opportunity to bring clarity for future guests. When a reservation is booked online as you did, the descriptiion says 'jetted tub'. A jetted tub is not a hot tub but a more spacious bathroom tub with jets for soaking. I am sorry that you misunderstood... More

This hotel, located in a commercial area, has basic rooms and inflexible policies that make one feel more like a prisoner than a guest. For instance, when you check in you will find a sign stating that early check-out is not permitted for any reason. Thus, is you learn a loved one has taken ill or died while you are... More

Dear Wonderfulworld, Thank you for this feedback. Perhaps you felt that we were in a commercial area as we have many shops around us. While we are not slopeside, we provide our guests with a location that is easy access to many fine restaurants, shops including our small outlet mall, as well as easy access to the wonderful woods/trails of... Have stayed here twice, the first time we extended our stay because we liked the hotel so much and it was relatively cheap. Kids loved the nicely heated pool and jacuzzi. Brought them breakfast in bed each day from the pretty good free breakfast offered. Great central location. Rooms were surprisingly nicely decorated and clean, etc. Can't beat the price... More

If you can't pay the pumped price of the condos next to the lifts this is a great option. Not the fanciest hotels but the service is great, ski rental next door and the rooms are big enough for a family of four. CLEAN which is also very important to us. Easy to get to everything in town. If you... More

We stayed for two nights at the Best Western. The rooms were spacious with few amenities like microwave and refrigerator in the room. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and ski rental stores. They serve a hearty breakfast every morning. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms and the hardware need a little upgrade. Our bathroom door handle... More

Dear Raskal44, Thank you for your nice review and your feedback on what we could do better. Each spring, during our shoulder season, we perform detailed maintenance on all of our rooms. Unfortunately, due to use, some items need repair earlier. Thank you for letting us know about your maintenance concerns. Looking forward to seeing you again More

We had a lovely stay if only 1 night. Breakfast was great huge choice of food hot and cold included in room price. The only thing needed was more snow they hadn't got much here for the skiers. We had a gorgeous room with large bed the bathroom had a lovely whirlpool bath in with shower over. All in all... More
