Can't complain at all. Yes, like all have noticed it is an outdated building, but everything works, appliances are new, beds were okay, clean linens and towel exchange daily. Just a walk to the gorgeous beach. Very nice pool area with salt water pools.

We love Via Roma. We are Bluegreen owners and booked our stay with points. Our unit 5 faced the beautiful Gulf, was ground floor, and just a few feet from the sand. I stayed last week with my family. I was upset to say the least to find a maintanance guy snorting pills or something in his car. I was scared to even say anything because he later was laughing with hthe Manager!! Im not going back. Stay away from the parking lot if you go. Older faded, red car.

Great location right on the beach. 28 two story units well maintained and clean. Only owners and their guests stay there...no public. Was an RCI trade for us. Clientèle is older and friendly. Very few activities. Close to Island restaurants and services. car is necessary. Ample parking. Beach is gorgeous. Area contains two story buildings...no high rises.

Although it stormed and rained our entire stay, we still found relaxation and had a wonderful stay! I would prefer this to Orlando any day! No high rise buildings to block the view.
