Maybe I am being unfair and it is wat it is but I think a hotel tat links itself so explicitly to the University might be a little mre aspirational. Ordinary furnishing, limited services (shlep your own bags), tired decoration... Meh, meh, eh. Not terrible or disgusting but Could Do Better. Glad to go.

This is a newer Courtyard and our stay was great. The room was clean and larger than what I expected. We stayed here for a weekend visit to University of Dayton. The room was great, very comfortable, clean, even a great view of the river on a sunny day! Free internet with no password required was a pleasant surprise. Free parking and even were able to park close to the door all weekend!

Got a first floor room at end of hallway and was a bit concerned but the sounds of the athletic teams staying there the same night were never heard.
