Found this property here on TA. Was a bit nervous as I got a rate that was "too good to be true" so we were worried about what we would find. Convenient location for Air Force Museum. Clean and contemporary decor. We overlooked the field. It was a surprisingly nice view.

We traveled to Dayton for the NCAA's this year and TownePlace Suites hit the basket at the buzzer for us. It's a little tricky to find, but very close to the freeway - pleasant staff, rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were comfy. We checked in later in the evening, but it went smoothly and the check in took minutes. The room was clean and very modern. Fridge, coffee pot, microwave and stovetop. The bathroom was spacious and included a full length mirror. We will definitely stay here for all future trips to Dayton!!

This hotel appears to be brand new. Room cleanliness and finishes were top notch, in fact much better than many Residence Inns I've stayed at.
