I found this hotel on booking.com and was pleasantly surprised by how generous and accommodating the staff was. I made a mistake when booking my room and had to switch into a different room and was instead provided with a suite at no extra charge. I especially like Rocky and Charlie who were very helpful in making my stay enjoyable....

i had the best time staying here at BW elpaso,my truck broke down and the staff picked me up, and made sure i was comfortable,with the shuttle and room,,Rohit was very helpfull in assuring i was happy,,,way to go
Although the premises could use a few upgrades, the front desk clerk was the best I ever had! His name was Rohit. He was extremely friendly, and assisted me several times without hesitation. His customer service was so good, it made the stay more than enjoyable! If I ever need to return to El Paso, and knew Rohit was scheduled...

I am a truck driver and i was broke down in El Paso for almost a week but i had no worries from the moment i checked in...The staff was friendly ,the rooms were clean and anything i needed Rohit took care of me...I would stay here again!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in a Queen room, The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the continental breakfast was good. Hotel staff (Rohit) was very courteous and helpful. If visiting El Paso again in the future, I would select this hotel. Great hotel for the price! Wanda B

Fair Price, Decent Location, Excellent Customer Service. The pool was very nice. Shuttle only goes to airport but is available, for all other travel plans they will call a taxi for you.
There is no truck parking, except for maybe squeezing a bobtail in a few spaces. Several buildings on the property makes this a rather large hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Complimentary shuttle to airport and around town, if needed. Village Inn restaurant shares the property. Comfortable bed and large bath towels.
