This hotel has everything you need for a medium to long business stay. A free breakfast in the morning and whilst there is no restaurant as such, they do put on a free dinner option each night, which is useful if you have had a long day and don't want to venture out. They will also put some aside for... More

This was a very nice surprise. New/modern kitchen, sofa, flat screen, comfortable king size bed, separate sink area, closet full of blankets and pillows, very nice shower/tub. We would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was very nice too. A little more than your average run of the mill waffles and cereal found in most hotels.

No, this isn't a restaurant review, but you may think so when you read it. The Homewood Suites El Paso Airport was the perfect place for my three day, two night stay during my trip to El Paso. I needed a base for my visit to Juarez to see my dentist (No, it's not as dangerous as the new media... More

The good or Pros: The hotel clean, pleasant staff, great location for shopping. Nice size suite (eventually). The Cons: Myself and significant other arrived an hour early due to the time zone change and the hotel only had a couple rooms ready. Although you'd think by then they would with only an hour before official check in they would have... More

The hotel was warm and welcoming to us. We especially enjoyed the staff member Carol A who was friendly and made excellent recommendations. Our stay in El Paso was very enjoyable.

I could not select one category because my comments refer to everything from shuttle, to service, to management to housekeeping ... this is regarding the entire stay. I have never had a better stay at a hotel in my life. The HS staff at the El Paso hotel were the most friendly, professional, personable hospitality staff members as a group... More

I planned to stay for one week. I called in reservation and secured with credit card. I was booked into the handicap room #101 which is inches away from night exit / entrance door. I could hear trucks roaring down the freeway all night long and the exit door slammed constantly... I am NOT a sensitive sleeper. For example, the... More

Homewood Suites El Paso Airport This location is now part of our corporate agreement so I was excited to have a reasonable priced HHonors property available in El Paso. I usually stay at a Holiday Inn Express a few miles east, and honestly will continue to do so, even though I prefer HHonors brands. This Homewood Suites was just not... More

I made my reservation a month in advance. After traveling for 10+ hours all I wanted was my nice comfy hotel room to unwind and relax. Upon checking in, I informed the agent I was traveling with my two dogs I was given a paper to sign stating I would need to pay a $300.00 non refundable charge. I thought... More

Dear crankyone; I have recently taken over as the General Manager of the Homewood Suites and I agree with your comments on the $300.00 Pet Fee. I have since changed the policy to $75.00. This is a rate that is a cleaning fee rather then any profit that we would recieve off of your pet. After check out, we have... More
