Ok, I know when you pay $40/night, the quality will not be there, but this hotel SERIOUSLY FAILED on the basics: gross UNWASHED sheets (we found a used band-aid from the rm's previous occupant still stuck on the blanket, underneath the comforter (see pic), bathroom that was falling apart with the toilet holder coming out of the socket ea time...

I do not feel very safe to stay in this hotel. The hotel does not show its customers its intention to improve. The interior looks outdated and the buildings looks abandoned. The breakfast is not presentable. The color of OJ is dark orange and muddy. If all you care about is cost, this hotel may be one of your options.
first room had broken lock, several public hairs inside bed sheets, only 1 towel in bathoroom, and no air conditioning... they moved us to different room with air conditioning, we cut hand on metal strip on bedside table (possibly meant to hold remote for tv perminently attached to top)... rugs torn, bath room very dirty, hair in sink, etc. desk...
