Stayed at Henley Manor in October 2009. Pictures of this place make it look very nice, but when you arrive, you'd better not take your shoes off. Ever. The floors are filthy. Breakfast was okay at best. Biggest issue came when we accidentally left a case of about 30 DVD's in our room. We realized it right after we had... More

I booked the "Cleopatra" room thinking it would be fun to stay in an elegant place after going to the Shakespeare Festival. Wish I would have checked tripadvisor for reviews instead of the other false reviews... The place is oddly situated in the midst of two busy roadways and there are no grounds; once you arrive, you really can't leave... More

We stayed at the Henley Manor for a week during July. The facility is beautiful with special attention paid to the quality of the fixtures, the furniture and aesthetic appeal. Unfortunately, the same attention has not been paid to cleanliness and maintenance. At first glance we were overjoyed at the facility, but on closer inspection we were awed that they... More

I am an extensive traveler domestically and internationallly and have NEVER had an experience like the one at Henley Manor. I booked a room online and after a week of not receiving a confirmation emailed again. I received an email confirmation the next day; okay, i get that, no problem. On the day i arrived as i turned on my... More

The B&B was almost a ghost house. When we arrived, no body was there. I had to call the owner's cell and they showed up 20minute after. Furthermore, the first thing the owner said was "what is you payment, give me your credit card.". The building looks fancy at a glance, but everything was crap. The kitchen sink was made... More

Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary as we were on our way to Las Vegas. We showed up and no one was there... We called and about 20 min later finally made it in. The bedrooms are nice but the service was bad. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best, and their credit card machine... More

My extended family travels to Cedar city every summer for the Shakespeare festival. We rented the entire unit (3 bedrooms plus a full kitchen) for 3 days for our family. We couldn't have been more pleased! The decor is beautiful and very high end. Large bathrooms, very comfortable beds, etc. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked... More

If you are looking for a traditional B&B i.e. owner occupied home or restored historic residence where you could discuss the area and find out about local activities with knowledgeable residents, this is not for you. I'm not sure what you would call this place, but it is a pair of 3 bdrm timeshare condos which probably have not sold.... More

From the reviews on this site and the property's website, this appeared to be a great choice for a lovely weekend. This "B and B" is not what we are used to as far as B & Bs. The owners/mangers are not on site. When we arrived around 5 PM no one answered. We had to call a number and... More

Instead of staying at the Henley Manor as a bed and breakfast, we rented out all of unit 102 which included 3 bedrooms, a living room with big screen tv, full kitchen and dining room, 3 bathrooms, and a murphy bed. We could not have been more impressed with how clean and beautiful everything was. We weren't expecting the high... More
