I found this hotel to be excellent, elegant and stylish. The staff bent over backwards to be friendly, gave me a free bottle of champagne for my birthday and made us feel very welcome; engaging in chit-chat and offering advice on where to go. The good: The location is great and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Everybody was friendly and attempted to be helpful. The bad: Our first night we had no hot water. It was corrected on day 2. Also the rooftop bar service was below par.
