The staff is great. The location is perfect. After that, things go downhill. I know many guests have said this, but this property is not up to Kimpton standards. We had a deluxe king on the 8th floor. The room was very small and dark and the bathroom was rather frightening (incredibly tiny even for NYC, with patched walls/window frames).... More

I must say our stay was truly great. The staff could not be more attentive and location was ideal. The room was very roomy especially for NY standards =) Having coffee in the am was a plus and also the nightly wine hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Just loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated rooms. Great view of the city. Top notch service. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Great sleep. Bed was very comfy. Bathtub was ok.. a little on the small size. Great restaurant recommendations from staff.

Very convenient -easy access to transportation. Rooms are small but adequate. Nice to have newspapers in morning and wine in early evening. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Not so impressed with the shower but we managed. Staff is helpful and while I wouldn't put this at top of Kimpton list it is a good choice for New York visits.

My daughter and I recently stayed 7 nights at this hotel. It was fine, but nothing special. We had a room with two double beds and it was very small - similar to Paris or London. I recently stayed here on a trip with my best friend. We were there 4 nights and were very impressed. Kevin, their concierge, is awesome!
