Stayed here during my first visit to New York and it was great friendly staff nice clean rooms and great location to a subway times square and grand central station. The bell men would stand in the road and catch us a taxi for a small tip. I loved the heated toilets and the comfortable beds will stay again

Very luxurious hotel. Small enough to be personal. Great jazz bar on premises. Room was very light with nice views of park Avenue. Pretty quiet given its location. A very pleasant experience worth the price.
