Nicolenas is quitesimply, superb. Fantastic location, brilliant apartments, well stocked fridge. But that only is the tip. Nicolena herself is wonderful, from sorting out the paperwork to finding andbooking a doctor when i was unwell. I have recomended this to my friends when they go to NYC and when we get to return, there is only one place to stay.

This was a great B & B for a single person. I was there for 6 days while helping my son recuperate for eye surgery. His apt was only a block away. Nicolena was a wonderful host. The room was like having my own studio apartment in the heart of Tribeca. Will definitely stay there again.
