We booked this for my daughter's graduation from Columbia. There was plenty of room for seven of us. We had the place to ourselves, with rooms for all to sleep comfortably. The spaciousness of the communal areas, the kitchen, the quaintly tilting floors, large bathrooms....We simply loved our time there. Fabulous deal for the price.
