This is a great place to stay. It is not luxurious, but it is clean, safe, and located in a great neighborhood. I have stayed many times and am always pleased.

Just stayed for one night on a business trip, but was pleasantly surprised. Your room is basically your own apartment in NYC. All fixtures were new, with small kitchen and livingroom and a spacious bedroom. Very clean,nicely furnished and quiet. Looking forward to going there again for a weekend getaway in Manhattan.

This is a place for somebody who is single and isn't going to spend alot of time inside. The place is small!!!! However it is clean and very central.

The amenities are fine BUT there were no smoke detectors visible in my rooms any time I stayed or in the halls..no sprinklers...no second exit like a chain ladder or fire escape...just a one narrow stairway that goes from top to bottom.
