I am a platinum member and chose this hotel because of the location. Despite the huge amount of points consumed (380K), this hotel still is NOT A MARRIOTT. NO executive lounge, NO included breakfast, NO welcome gifts (or points rebate), Nothing. The rooms look very aged. True, location is amazing

As with most JW's, this one is amazing. The room was very clean, the location is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The bathroom was a bit small but that is my only complaint. The concierge was very helpful in helping navigate the town and it is an easy walk to Times Square.
