As with most JW's, this one is amazing. The room was very clean, the location is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The bathroom was a bit small but that is my only complaint. The concierge was very helpful in helping navigate the town and it is an easy walk to Times Square.

Very well located, Nice and clean roots, and a landmark as well in NYC. Expensive breakfast, not só good. The staff is atencious and professional. Good linens.Quiet room with a fantastic king bed. The rates are reasonable for this kind of accomodations and I strongly reccomend this hotel.
