Clean enough and comfortable enough for the price. We had to ask for extra and clean towels each night, but we didnt care. Room was very small, the tv only got a few channels in Chinese, but we didn't care. The bed may have been a bit firm than we are used to, but we spent our four days there... More

Booked through Booking.com. 100$ a night. On a picture it showed 2 beds in a room. when we checked in, we were shocked! Worst place in my life (I travel a lot). One (!) small bed? room size is just about size of a bed. Walls are made of cartoon on etc.... Dont even think to save money and stay... More

It's cheap and in a good location for china town, little Italy and Canal St but it could be better. There is no lift but no offer to carry bags - didn't bother us but if you struggle with heavy objects it wouldn't suit you. Also the rooms are very small but have everything you need. I would recommend a... More

The only good point was the location, but it smelled so bad around there. You can hear people snoring next room. There was no window. We had to share the bathroom and it was not clean. They didn't have the elevator, so it was really hard to bring the big baggage to upstairs. When we asked the staff to bring... More

As the previous reviewer wrote, yes, the bed is hard, no window, tiny room, however - if you plan to pretty much only sleep in your room, this is an excellent choice. Excellent Chinatown/Little Italy location. Close to great shopping on Canal/Broadway. Easy subway access to all other points! Friendly staff. Secure main entrance. Free WiFi! The room was small yes and the bed was hard and the room had no windows but we did find the staff to be extremely friendly, the location was great- in the middle of little china and very close to little... This was the worst hotel. No lift, we had to also carry luggage to 3 floor! , The bed was hard to sleep, unpleasant staff. Luckily we were there for only 20 hours, no more this hotel

I wouldnt recommend to stay on this hotel. The room is not well ventilated and upon asking the front desk guy to put a/c in will just say that it is not possible because the a/c is centralize with a rude manner. you will be stuck in the room like your in sauna and the bed is itchy. This hotel... More
