We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The room was clean, all the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time we traveled to NY so we picked this hotel because if its convenience location. It was only few block away from everything. We would stay there again when we come back to NY.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights, through to April 1. The first impressions with the service staff were great, and the lobby area was fantastic (my wife had to take photos of beautiful flowers arranged throughout the lobby area). We stayed at the Sofitel for a weekend, our first visit there. The service was outstanding. The rooms were good sized for NY and the location was great. It was pricey but a value for NY. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed was the most comfortable of any on our trip. Slept well every night. Loved how close the hotel was to everything we wanted to see. Didn't eat at the hotel at all because there were so many great, cheaper places near by. I would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night at the Sofitel for a quick stopover in the city coming from the caribbean. We could have easily stayed much longer, since we felt very welcome there. This hotel is centrally located but on a quieter street. When you step inside from the busy New York streets you immediately feel relaxed.
