So you think this hotel is a great deal because it's much cheaper than anything else you have seen. Well you get what you pay for. The owner of this hotel is incredibly rude and has no idea how to treat her customers. I emailed her before I arrived and her replies were rude and half the time she ignored... More

I had some issues initially having booked and paid for the Blue Room and then finding I had been bumped to the Green Room which is a poky little place on the 4th floor -not very convenient for a 68-year old! I also had access problems despite having e-mailed to say that my flight was sceheduled into JFK at 1530.... More

We stayed for two nights. It started off rocky when we first arrived. We were unable to get in touch with the innkeeper to get inside the home for approximately 30minutes. But, after we were able to get inside and get to our room the rest of the stay was great! We stayed in the piano room, on the second... More

We try to make sure that each of our guestshave an enjoyable stay. We encourage that they inform us of any situations that they need assistance with. . It is unfortunate that this guest did not give us an opportunity to correct a problem that could have been easily fixed. More

My wife and I spent an overnight here this past Saturday. Beautiful home, welcoming, accomodating and friendly staff. Close to subway and bus stop. We parked our car locally and didn't need it until we left. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back.

Having to be in NYC for buisiness I decided to extend my stay by booking this inn for a night. Spending most time in non descript chain business hotels the Renassance Home was a welcome change. My husband and I spent one night in the Rose Room during the Christmas season. Felicia, the Inn Keeper, was attentive to our every need. I felt taken care of - the accomodations were lovely, the bed was comfortable with a luxurious down comforter, and breakfast was sumptuous! The house was lovingly decorated for the holidays and was beautiful. We... More

I'm from Western Mass and attended a track meet my daughter was in and needed an inexpensive place to stay for a night. I reserved the Green Room which was the smallest room but when I arrived Felicia (the innkeeper) immediately upgraded me to the Emory Suite because they had had a cancellation. It was absolutely beautiful. I could not... More
