I've never been in a hotel like this before lobby to check in is on 2nd floor so weird the lobby area walking in on the ground floor was so dark I had a hard time seeing. Great decor and room was nice and clean. Requested a King room but didn't have so received a Queen room. The concierge service... More

Ok, this hotel is the epitome of "it is what it is." In Soho, all about the scene, the funky decor, etc etc etc. Rooms were tiny...even after we were told we were "upgraded." But they were very clean, staff was great, location was perfect for what we needed, and overall it was a fine place to stay. I got... More

The best thing of this hotel is its location in Soho. Each room has floor to ceiling windows. The rooms are clean and the restroom was relatively spacious. The design is pretty tacky, but I prefer that to Sheraton's or Hilton's "corporate" design without any personality. The rooms are tiny, but that seems to be the norm in the city.... More

The ambiance of this hotel was great. The periwinkle shade of blue that is the dominant decor palette actually helped me to reduce my blood pressure. The lighting throughout really did wonders for my anxiety and i found myself ,ore relaxed than I have been in years. My room was tiny. (Had to do my yoga in the gym as... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night in May. What I loved most about the hotel is how bright and airy it is. So many "hip" hotels are so dark inside - at a W recently I couldn't even find the elevator button. This hotel is decorated in white and light blue. The front entrance with ivy and lights is... More

I stayed there for 5 nights for a meeting. Initially I was impressed by the avant-garde design and the concierge was friendly when we arrived. However I never realised that that was the last time I saw them in my stay. First the room. It is very poorly designed - one can't even find table space on the odd sized... More

If you young hipster and single, Mondrian is the place to be. It has the best looking people in the city. Especially woman. 5 to 1 to men. As far as the hotel, its a bit of a joke. The rooms were not ready at 3 pm. They were ready at 3:46 pm. This embarressed me as i had five... More

We had an amazing time at this newly opened hotel in september. The whole place oozes cool and it doesn't disappoint. The rooms for new York are of a decent size and all the hotel staff we great. The location is just as good, just at the bottom of soho, so plenty of places to eat and drink nearby as... More

We stayed at the Mondrian for 9 nights in late March/April and had a very good experience. It is without doubt, a beautiful hotel - very much a boutique feel from the street presence to the room. We have stayed in 3 different NY hotels and this is by far the best in all areas. The location is supurb with... More

This place has great potential - the design is superb, the location awesome, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be beat. The bed is one of the best I ever slept in. For me, that's the most important in a hotel: good night's sleep and a good location. Plus, we got the room at a discounted price, much... More
