The person who let us in the apartment was very nice and helpful. The custodian of the building offered to carry our suitcases up the stairs. They were both very nice. Valentine Rentals rented us an apartment which was paid in full 2 weeks before departure. The reservation was made less than 30 days prior to departue. After the money was paid they ceased contact with us. They were to provide a limo to pick us up at the airport and proivide us further information. We heard nothing, even after emails... More
