We had payed extra for my aunt to stay in the room with me and my mum, therefore expected a larger room. The room was far too small for 3 adults, there was no space for 3 suitcases no matter with people in the room. Beds were comfortable thankfully, and rooms were clean. This hotel was on our short list and when checking the address on Expedia, I noticed Expedia had a sale on and the hotel was 40% off. That decided things. “Good Location and Nice Staff for short trip”

The rooms were tiny but view was good. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, we didn't stay too long in our room as it is NY. It is nicely located and a good deal for the price. It was a short trip, if it were any longer I would have wanted a bigger room and hotel.

“Better than the Waldorf Astoria”

I stayed my first night in New York at the Waldorf Astoria. I had a much better time at the Holiday Inn. The staff was absolutely incredible!! The hotel is clean, rooms are large enough, the bed is comfortable, breakfast was so much more than a continental breakfast. I would stay here again and again!

“What a great hotel”

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are larger than what you would usually get in New York. The hotel is close to Times Square, and the Port. The staff are friendly and there is a free laundry for guests to use.
